  • An unboxing video is compulsory for any return, replacement, or refund request.

  • The video must be clear, continuous, and unedited, starting from the sealed package opening.

  • Requests without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.

Replacement Timeline

  • Once approved, replacements are processed within 2–3 business days.

  • Delivery of replacement: 4–7 business days after dispatch.
